The Website Owner, including subsidiaries and affiliates (or "we" or "us" or "our") provides the information contained on this Website or any of the pages comprising the Website to  visitors ("Visitors") (cumulatively referred to as "you" or "your'' hereinafter) subject to the terms and conditions set out in these Website terms and conditions, the privacy policy and any other relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices which may be applicable to a specific section or module of this website. Jivraj9 Tea Group would not be held responsible for any kind of reaction/allergy that occurs as a result of use of any product listed on the website. Also note that Jivraj9 Tea Group would not be held responsible if any health-related problem occurs due to consumption of any product from Jivraj9 Tea Group. For any purchases made through the Jivraj9 Tea Group, you will inter alia be governed by the limitation of liability and disclaimer conditions provided in more detail with the product packaging/leaflets.

11)  Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees. Price, as displayed, is inclusive of all applicable taxes.

Products in Your shopping cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the product display page. Placing a product in the shopping cart or wish list does not reserve the price shown at a particular time. It is possible that a product's price may decrease or increase between the time the product is placed in the shopping cart or wish list and the time You actually purchase it. Products that are marked as 'Out of Stock' are not available for purchase.

12)  Taxes

You are responsible for payment of all fees, costs and charges associated with the purchase of products from the sellers and You agree to bear any and all applicable taxes, Value Added Taxes, cesses, GST etc. levied on the products on their sale unless otherwise stated.

13)  Refund and Cancellation Policy

Jivraj9 Tea Group reserves the right to refuse/cancel any order. Jivraj9 Tea Group at its sole discretion may cancel any order(s):

1. If it suspects a fraudulent transaction, or
2. If it suspects a customer has undertaken a transaction which is not in accordance with the Terms of Use or
3. For any reason outside the control of the Jivraj9 Tea Group including causes for delivery related logistical difficulties.
4. Bulk order is placed for the likely commercial resale.

 Refund/cancellation policies applicable in the following conditions:

1. You can cancel the order prior to the dispatch of Product by Jivraj. The order cannot be cancelled once the dispatch has been initiated.
2. However, the order once delivered cannot be canceled in any case.
3. In case of double realization of amount for the same order, the excess amount will be refunded.
4. In case of canceled order/failed transactions, the bank/card transaction charges of the buyer, if any, is likely to be forfeited.
5. Jivraj9 Tea Group offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds in the buyer's card/account.
6. Part cancellation of order will not be allowed.

14)  Severability 

Each of the provisions in these Terms are severable and distinct from the others and if at any time one or more such provision is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby. 

15)  Force Majeure

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control.

16)  Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Sale, all transactions consummated between you and us, and our relationship with you is governed by the laws of India, without reference to any conflict of laws principles and with an exclusive jurisdiction to the courts of Surat.
